By downloading, installing, or using RaffleCat ("the application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you must not use the application.

RaffleCat is a mobile application that allows Instagram content creators and influencers to:

• Import comments from their own Instagram posts.
• Configure rules for giveaways (filters, required mentions, hashtags, etc.).
• Select winners randomly and with cryptographic verification.
• Generate verification certificates to ensure transparency.
• Record the giveaway process to share publicly.
• Generate drafts of legal terms and captions with AI assistance.

3.1. Quick Mode (without login)

You can use RaffleCat without creating an account or logging in. In this mode ("Quick Mode"), the app obtains a limited sample of approximately 300 comments from any public Instagram post. No authorization from the post owner is required.

3.2. Verified Mode (with Instagram login)

To access 100% of comments from your posts officially, you can choose to connect your Instagram account through Meta's OAuth protocol.

By connecting your account:

• You authorize RaffleCat to read comments from your posts through Meta's API.
• Your account must be a Professional account (Creator or Business) and linked to a Facebook Page, as required by Meta.
• You can disconnect your account at any time from the application.
• We do not post, delete, or modify any content on your behalf.

By using RaffleCat, you agree to:

• Use the application solely for legitimate Instagram giveaway purposes.
• Comply with Instagram's Community Guidelines and Meta's Terms of Service.
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction regarding giveaways and contests.
• Not use the application for fraudulent, illegal activities or activities that violate third-party rights.
• Not attempt to access data from posts you do not own through Verified Mode.
• Not reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the application.

RaffleCat, including its code, design, logo, name, and content, is the property of its developers and is protected by intellectual property laws. No license to intellectual property is granted beyond the right to personal use of the application.

RaffleCat includes AI-assisted features (giveaway rule detection, caption and legal terms generation). This content is automatically generated as a suggestion and:

• Does not constitute legal advice.
• Should be reviewed and edited before publication.
• The user is responsible for the final content they publish.

Each giveaway generates a unique identifier (hash) that allows verifying its integrity. This verification certifies that the giveaway parameters and data were not altered after execution. RaffleCat does not guarantee the legality of the giveaway itself, which depends on the user's local laws.

• RaffleCat is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or completeness of data obtained from Instagram through Meta's API.
• We are not responsible for disputes arising from giveaways conducted with the application.
• We are not responsible for changes in Meta/Instagram APIs or policies that may affect the app's operation.
• The user is responsible for complying with local laws regarding giveaways, contests, and promotions.

The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. We recommend reading it carefully to understand how we protect your information.

RaffleCat is a free application. We reserve the right to introduce premium features in the future, which will be clearly identified and optional. No charges will be made without your explicit consent.

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
• Update these Terms of Use. Significant changes will be notified through the application.
• Continued use of the application after any modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

You can stop using RaffleCat at any time by uninstalling the application. We reserve the right to restrict access to users who violate these terms or use the application abusively.

These terms are governed by the laws in force in the developer's jurisdiction. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of said jurisdiction.

To delete all your RaffleCat data:

• Local data: uninstall the application from your device. All locally stored data will be automatically deleted.
• Instagram connection: disconnect your account from the app or revoke access from Instagram settings.
• Direct request: you can contact us at rafflecat.app@gmail.comp for any data deletion request.
